Julie Caffin
Julie joined Brockville General Hospital in 2017 as Senior Vice President, Chief Nurse Executive and Chief Operating Officer. She now serves as the President and CEO. Previous positions have included frontline and leadership positions in both community and tertiary, academic health care organizations.
Julie has a Bachelor of Arts Degree, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Honours Degree and a Master of Health Sciences Degree. She is certified in Advanced System Leadership a Fellow in The Ivy Academy Community Shift Executive Leadership Program and completed the Advanced Good Governance certification
Julie has received recognition awards from Kingston Health Sciences Centre including the Team Award for Leadership with the Emergency Department Information System Implementation project and Team Award for Care for her efforts introducing the Inter-professional Collaborative Practice Model.
She has been part of the St. Lawrence College Board of Governors since 2018 and currently serves as Chair and also a member of the Board of Directors at St. Vincent de Paul.
Janet Campbell
Janet Campbell is the founder of Mrs. McGarrigle's Fine Food, an award-winning producer of handcrafted gourmet mustards, vinaigrettes, and chutneys based in the historic Village of Merrickville. Now in its 37th year, Mrs. McGarrigle's operates out of a charming 3,000 sq. ft. former general store built in 1886, offering a unique shopping experience with a curated selection of local and imported foods, housewares, kitchen tools, charcuterie boards, and catering services. The store also features house-made take-home meals, weekend cooking classes, and custom local food gift crates. With her daughter Hailey now as General Manager, they continue to uphold the tradition of excellence and innovation that has made the business a cornerstone of the community and a leader in the gourmet food industry.
